Really enjoyed my stay from the easy check-in process to the cleanliness of the apartment, the convenient location and the friendly staff to the simple checkout process.

This was a great place right over top the Ponce City market space. It was clean and attractive with a good view, and the check in process was smooth. It involved meeting up with a person to show us the room and how the key fob and door code works. The place is just like it's shown in the photo's though the airbnb map made it a bit unclear where the exact location is; at the time I booked the map showed it as being slightly across the street from Ponce City Market but it's definitely right inside the block with the market.

This place is absolutely worth it! It was perfect for a birthday staycation. The unit was clean and decorated so nice. Instructions on checking in and out were pretty clear. This unit has amazing skyline views of Atlanta. If you're traveling from out of town this would be great for you as well. You're within walking distance of shops, nice restaurants, and grocery stores.

Came to visit my son who lives in Kirkwood. We only had to use our car once! Used the Beltine and Birds to get everywhere and we did a LOT! The Sapphire unit was a fun place from which to people watch. Definitely will stay again and recommend.

This is my second time staying at the ALR in PCM. Last time I was solo and this time I brought my husband. We are both impressed with the location, cleanliness as well as the comfort and beauty that they offer. When you look at the cost of these vs a hotel, it is a much better deal with having a kitchen and washer/dryer. We've already recommended them to a few friends.

The Flats at Ponce through Atlanta Luxury Rentals is our favorite place to stay when we're in Atlanta. The flats are always so clean and have look exactly like the photos. The small touches that they put in shows that they really think about what a guest might need/ want. I love that every unit has a vitamix and kitchen supplies for cooking + basic seasonings. The beds are comfortable and each unit has a washer and dryer. We travel for business so on days that we don't have anything planned we don't mind staying in because the Flat is comfortable and relaxing. The 24 hour fitness center is an amazing amenity!
